3 Essential Meal Time Actions To Improve Digestion
Getting healthy or losing weight can seem complicated when a client is dealing with many unwanted symptoms. We always recommend that our students focus on foundational and essential action steps before creating any complex protocols.
In this episode Joe and Sara talk about 3 essential and very under-looked techniques to boost your clients health:
Breathing before meals
Remove water from meals and only drink between meals
Chewing food properly
Simple right?
But how many of your clients know how to properly prime their digestion while eating. Digestive issues are most prevalent in people who struggle to feel good and lose weight. Optimize digestion and you will start to bring homeostasis back to the body.
The best thing about this approach is that your clients are already breathing, chewing and drinking water - you only have to teach them how to do it right!
